This series contains information pertaining to City of Atlanta finances. Records include payroll vouchers from various departments, license registers, ledgers, reports (1914-1967), city contracts, tax maps and digests (1854-1952), city census (1850, 1885-1888, 1890, 1896), and records from the Comptroller's Office. Additional records include individual finance boks, finance refund reports, field books, and bond information.

This series contains records from the Office of Chief of Construction, Atlanta Civic Design Commission, Department of Planning, Atlanta Bicentennial Commission, Urban Design Commission, Atlanta Bureau of Buildings, and Bureau of Planning. In addition, this series includes covenant records, registers, building codes, zoning ordinances, building permits, code books, capital improvement plans, environmental studies, urban redevelopment plans, and other reports.
Victims of the Orly Plane Crash, 1962
This collection contains images from the 1958 Harvest Ball at the Piedmont Driving Ball and is mostly of couples as they enter into the ballroom. Also included are slides from the 1962 Atlanta Art Association trip, in which 106 of the passengers were Atlanta art patrons who died in the crash as the plane was taking off. Also includes a slide of the front cover of the Atlanta Constitution for June 4, 1962.

This series contains records pertaining to City of Atlanta Public Works. Records include payroll information from the 1920s, Public Works Administration grant applications, and the Board of Water Commissioners register. Also included are City Water Works records (1875-1970s), including annual reports, correspondence, water rates, resolutions, and Water Bureau highlights and goals.

This collection contains report cards for Virginia R. Hiatt from first grade to twelfth and two scrapbooks that document her years at Commercial High School. Included within the scrapbooks are pressed flowers, photographs of Hiatt's friends and classmates, newspaper clippings, theatre programs, ribbons, and signatures from classmates.

This collection documents proposed changes to the Western & Atlantic Railroad route in Atlanta, Georgia. Included are a report on Union Station terminal revisions, blueprints for a potential railroad, and a proposal of specifications for a section of tracks between Piedmont Avenue and Forsyth Street.

This collection contains magazine and news clippings collected by Mr. Jones that relate to Atlanta's gay clubs, performers, and members of the LGBTQ community. Some clippings more directly reflect Jones's participation in the community, including his judging of drag pageants. The collection also contains correspondence, personal documents, and travel brochures created and collected by Jones.
Western and Atlantic Railroad report, 1853
This collection contains research materials collected by William S. Irvine, including clippings from British and American magazines and newspapers about Georgia, Native Americans, and the Civil War. There are manuscripts and articles written by Elizabeth H. Hanna, Sarah Huff, and Dr. John Massey about Atlanta history. Also included are genealogy papers, correspondence, legal, and business papers.
Western and Atlantic Railroad reports, 1837-1839
This collection consists of one published report, a United States Senate version of an 1837 survey report by Lieutenant Colonel Stephen Harriman Long (1784-1864), Chief Engineer of the W&A. The survey includes detailed maps of north Georgia and information about construction costs.
Wil-kin Theatre records , 1929-1984
This collection contains include tax returns, articles written by family members, programs, a bulletin, and newspaper clippings. Of particular note are recorded interviews with three members of the Smith family: Leroy Wingate (the uncle of Dorothy Smith Allen), Dorothy Smith Allen, and Robert Stuart Allen. The interviews detail growing up in Georgia during the Great Depression.
